
Kaili Sermat-Harding joined the EFC Board in 2019, following her retirement from a successful 25-year career with the Ontario Government where she held senior management positions in communications, policy development and program delivery. Beginning in 2013, she assumed the role of Assistant Deputy Minister with the Ministry of Energy, where she provided leadership and oversight for legislative and regulatory initiatives and incentive programs designed to support Ontario’s energy efficiency and renewable energy goals, including new programs designed to increase Indigenous community participation in renewable energy projects.
Kaili brings her expertise in strategic communications, stakeholder relations, program design and governance, as well as her lifelong participation in the Estonian community, to the EFC Board.
